Shipping

All orders will be confirmed via e-email or fax. Verbal orders require a written confirmation. Custom orders must be submitted in writing, not via telephone.

PAYMENT TERMS: Non-establish accounts ship either Prepaid or COD. Personal checks are not accepted. We reserve the right to request a certified check or money order. Establish open accounts are expected to pay within the agreed terms of the invoice date. We reserve the right to place an account on hold with overdue balances.

RETURNS: In the case of a return, a Return Authorization Number is mandatory. Please contact a Customer Service Representative within 10 days of receipt of product.

An authorized item may be returned for credit, less a 20% restocking charge.

*The purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways.

*A return must be received in original packaging within 10 days of authorization and must be in same condition as originally received.

*Once goods are received by Menuprint, we will inspect the return and if approved a credit will be issued to your account.

*Deductions should not be taken before a valid credit is issued.

*Please mark any return cartons with Return Authorization number. (Many items are non-returnable).
